Magdalene Awakening is a ceremonial evening woven in honor of the book anthology Magdalene Unveiled - a sacred weaving of women devoted to awakening the holy light of love within, through ritual, storytelling, and embodied communion.
Co-led by Amanda Alappat and Alessandra Mary, both contributing authors of Magdalene Unveiled, this Rose Temple experience is an opportunity to reunite with your own feminine essence and walk through the gates of sacred remembrance.

6:00-7:00pm | Potluck Gathering
Arrive early and connect through the sharing of food and sisterhood. Let this hour nourish your body and soften the space between us.
7:00pm (sharp) | Ceremony Begins
Begin down by the stream with a guided Empty Presence meditation, to release what no longer serves so you can arrive fully-open, grounded, and clear.
From there, cross the threshold into the Red Rose Temple, where Alessandra & Amanda will welcome you in, as Magdalene, at the gate.

Inner Temple Soul Journey
Be guided into the Magdalene Rose Temple within your own heart. Awaken the ever-flowing wellspring of love between soul, source, and surrounding.
Circle of Sisterhood & Anointing Ritual
Introduce yourself. Speak your name. Share what brings you here. Receive a sacred anointing as a blessing for the body, heart, and soul.
Sacred Storytelling & Reflection
Hear the heart of Amanda & Alessandra’s personal Magdalene journeys, drawn from their chapters in Magdalene Unveiled. Receive journaling prompts to contemplate your own path of remembrance.
Small Group Mirror Practice
Break into groups of 4 to share what’s real and hold the Magdalene frequency through the eyes of love. Witness and be witnessed in your divine reflection.
Candle Consecration Ritual
Receive the light. Hold the flame. Be initiated as an emissary of love. Each woman will be lit from a ritual candle—symbolizing her own sacred remembering and devotion to walk as love in the world.
Closing Bonfire & Ecstatic Dance
Under the stars, we move. Let the body speak what words cannot. Seal the night with somatic prayer, ecstatic embodiment, and rose offerings to the fire.
