A Spiritual Awakening…
One of the most pivotal moments of my life was making the bold decision to travel solo on a soul pilgrimage to Greece for a women’s retreat for my 30th birthday.
My life had been turned upside in the months prior, when the man I intended to marry left me for another woman.
I felt lost, confused and filled with rage.
I also felt a heavy burden lift and a wave of freedom wash over me.
I knew it was finally time to figure out who the fuck I was.
I found myself on that retreat.
It was the first time I understood myself as I truly am:
Sacred.
Wise.
Whole.
A Radiant Goddess.
I felt an abundance of genuine connection + intimacy not just within myself but with the women surrounding me and the sacred landscape that was holding the space for my awakening.
Something stirred within me, something ancient, like a faded memory from ages ago. Whispering deep within:

This is safe, this is known
Welcome home.
I cracked open to the love within me.
The same love within each of us.
The love that we are all made by and for.
Presence in The Present
Today I continue walking this path of a more intentional, devoted, conscious life filled with greater joy, peace, presence, fulfillment, excitement and of course, love.
